Hi One of my users has used the iPhone application for the 3CX system successively in UK for some time connecting either via 3G or WiFi. The phone was configured using the automatic provisioning facility in Version 11 of 3CX. Local firewall is configured and passes the firewall checker test. When trying to make a phone call from Dubai, using a friends WiFi, the iPhone connects ok and is visible in 3CX list of phones. The user can ring an internal extension and we can call the user using their internal extension number. Unfortunately, no matter who makes the call, no speech can be heard from the remote iPhone user. However, the remote iPhone user can hear speech clearly. Does anyone have any suggestions what may be the cause of this one way communication problem from abroad? Thanks in advance for any posts.
