Only One Way Speech

    Hi Everyone,
    This is my first post on this forum as i am new to 3CX Phone System. I have been given a task to implement a SOHO PBX in my office. The office network consist of about 10 to 15 PC's that are on a workgroup network. I installed 3CX Phone System on one of the PC, whereas on the other PC's i installed the 3CX Voip Client softphone. The problem that i am facing is that when a extension call is established only one way speech path is established. That is one extension can listen to the voice of the other extention, but not vice versa.

    there are some cases for this audio things

    1. is firewall

    2. audi codec

    3. you can troggle PBX Delivers Audio (on or off)

    if you can add some of the log perhaps we can tell you more.

    optional you can get a extension on our server for testing in conference.

    There is a log on Server Status page. Description of equipment, call scenario and logs are the key to resolve your problem very fast.

    I think the problem was due to the firewall. Disabling the Firewall the mentioned problem is resolved.

    JUST EDIT THE FIRST POST´s SUBJECT IF YOU AGREE

    if we try to do this all it is perfect to see if support is needed or can possible be found under the subject.
