    Hi

    Which port need to be opend and redirect on the router to the PC holding the 3CX?

    Are you using a VOIP prvider? If so, you need those ports as well. UDP 9000-9015 for Small Business.

    I am trying to use BT Broadband talk 056.. number, don't know yet how to configure it, do you have any information?

    You might want to be careful opening up 5481 to the web as this is the listening port for the GUI (unless you really need to access this from the outside) - at least make sure you have a good password, otherwise 5481 isn't crucial to the running of calls, it is the remote access port to access the GUI only.
