Operator Ext Issues

    When we started 3CX, we had a different operator extension than we do now, but unfortunately, the system still acts like the original operator extension is still active and routes all operator activities to this extension. Is there another spot other than the settings\general and in the advanced settings custom parameters where this is set? Any insight you can provide will be greatly appreciated

    Did you do a restart after the changes ? It may all depend on how the call is routing. Check the 3CX logs. Does the original operator extension still exist? Can you dial it directly?

    Ensure the Digital Receptionist is correct to if using one.
    I do not think it has the option to "Send to Operator" - you must manually select it.
