Where I work, we have an operator that is the primary contact and performs transfers, paging, etc. They use a Yealink T46G desk phone primarily and the 3CX softphone with the switchboard to monitor calls. Recently, incoming calls have started ringing only on the softphone. This is an issue since the operator (or me) is expecting this behavior and the desk phone is the primary method for controlling calls. I've looked at the call log, and the calls are showing up in the history and they don't appear to be in any kind of error. I've done a brief glance at logs but I'm not seeing anything that jumps out at me, but I may not be looking for the right information.
