Operator Voicemail Locked?

    I have setup the operator voice mail 100 to be forwarded to during after hours. I have set something that prevents any dial codes to be used. Don't remember what? So after hours I get the operator voice mail but can not dial 999 to get to anther voice mail or use any * code?
    is there anything that can be done? My goal is to have the auto attendant during business and then an after hours message with voice mail.

    In the advanced settings, there is one that, globally, causes the use of a password, for VM access. Did you enable that?
