Hello. Our company is customer of 3CX Prof, perpetual, 16 lines (last 4 digits of key: I7LP). Problem - whenever is incoming call to IVR of our ATS, and then this call routes to some Call Queues from IVR and from Call Queues to Call Queues - each call transfer caller hears "Please hold whilst I transfer your call", if I change please_hold.wav with blank file with same name - the problem changes - instead message "Please hold..." caller hears 4 second of Silence. What I want: option 3CX PBX, which can just turn off playing message "Please hold..." when call transfers, because 4 seconds of silence is very bad. And I don't want to study CFD for this problem, I just want this option. I hope that many other participants of this forum agree with me.
