This behaviour may have changed in version 14, so forgive me if this has been "fixed"

In the 3CX console, most options have the "i" in a circle, to the right, that you can hover your pointer over, for more information. In some cases this information is a couple of sentences. Unfortunately it vanishes so fast, that in many cases, you can't read it all.

The Information should remain, until you move your mouse pointer away.

In version 14 the "i" has been replaced with the "?" symbol but still works the same, meaning you hover your mouse over it to get additional information. Now the duration of the displayed information in browser dependent. Tested with version 12.5 and version 14 and results are similar. With Internet explorer you are right, information disappears very fast but with google chrome information stays on screen until you move the mouse cursor away from the symbol.

    Hope this helps

I'm using the latest version of Firefox, and the information is gone in a split second, no matter how long you hold the pointer over it.
