Option keys don't work

    Hello to all,
    I am actually having two problems at the moment. I have activated digital reception, I recorded the message and can receive incoming calls with no problem, However when the call comes in the receptionist activates, but when you press the number of the extension nothing happens and then the system hangs up. anyone know what I might be doing wrong.

    2nd problem is when I hit version and updates I get this error:
    Cannot find server. Aquiring data failed. Please try again later.
