    Hello,

    If a users uses only the client to call with an Headset, that user should not have the option in de Windows client to switch to CTI mode, Some Customers click on that button and cant uses the client anymore.
    I know its easy to switch back but we have lots of customers using the Headsets and there not all that smart.
