    Can we please have an option to disable 'Enter Key to Answer'

    We have many clients who wish to have the SoftPhone pop up on call, but having it answer with the 'enter' key causes much confusion when clients are typing in a document and accidentally answer the call.

    And is there the possibility the Focus option could be turned into a 'Show Window on Top' mode, rather than stealing focus, as again the end user then stops typing into their document when the phone rings, which when they are in a large ring group becomes frustrating for them.

    I agree with the ability to change the key that allows you to answer the call when the window takes focus??

    I would like to also request a feature that disables keyboard input to calls, as I have a few end users that end up answering or hanging up calls accidentally while typing.

    Ability to set (inc by the XML file) a global hotkey (CTRL-ALT-A etc) that works regardless of if softphone has focus would be very useful addition. This would reduce need for focus stealing.
