    When using an IVR, I can't do the following:

    connect to an extern number (outside number)
    connect to an non-user voicemail

    Would be nice to have those (basic) options...

    Have you tried using the Call Flow Designer?

    Can I use the CFD with a standard license..?

    No, you need pro or enterprise.

    so, how to fix this with a standard license :)

    connect to an extern number (outside number) - Create a dummy extension, and forward all calls to external number (using forwarding rules), within the IVR connect to this dummy extension.

    connect to an non-user voicemail - if the voicemail is on 3CX, again create a dummy extension and forward all calls to the correct voicemail

    Note ; you can hide the dummy extensions from the address book
