We have a Licensed 3CX version 3CXPSPRO24. At the moment, we are extremely happy with 3CX. However, we are in a tricky situation.

We support several companies via our 3CX phone system. Hence, we have quite a number of VOIP providers. Our problem is, we need to see which tunnel/port calls come from so the agent answering the phone handles the call satisfactorily. We use SPA921 for our IP phones. Whenever we make a test call to one of our DIDs, we see the caller ID of the number calling. What we need displayed on the IP phone is the tunnel/port where the call is being routed from (eg 10001, 10000, etc.) for agents to log into the right web portal.

We do not want to see something like 12014302137, rather just the port.

I do apologize for my English. I hope you guys can help us.

    E. Gonzales
