Oubound Caller ID

    My SIP trunk provider 2Talk is telling me the PBX is not handing them the caller ID information. Because of this, it is displaying City, State and the number.

    I have everything set is default in the VOIP provider Outbound tab.

    What am i missing?

    Hi there!

    What VoIP Provider Template did you use to add it to 3CX Phone System?

    Also you might want to ask the provider in which SIP field they require the information to be. Once you know this you could adjust the Outbound Parameters for that VoIP Provider accordingly.
