Hello everyone, We are using V5.1 (previously V5). During Office hours all calls are forwarded to Reception ring group, Out of hours calls are forwarded to After hours DR. Opening hours are 8.30 - 5.00, as set in office hours in 3cx console. At the moment out of hours kicks in/out 1 hour late. System time on PC running phone server is correct, but our phones only ring from 9.30 - 6.00. Does 3cx have its own time somewhere? or does it just run from system time? Server log also reports correct time (ie system time) for all entries. Same thing happened in V5, upgraded to V5.1 - same. V5 worked fine up until this week. Does anyone have an idea as to the cause?
