Out of hours message

    Hi

    How do I go about uploading a file we want to play when someone calls in, out side of office hours? And how would we enable this each night/disable each morning?

    Need to configure office hrs,

    Settings -> General -> configure Office Hrs

    When you have done the above, you need to configure the incoming gateways to use Office Hrs, by deselecting 'Apply the same routing logic Outside of office hrs' and selecting the required route.

    You can do the same for an extension, by Edit Extension -> Office Hrs Scheduling - setup the office hrs and remember to tick 'Automatically change extension profile based on time of day'. Then configure the 'Do not Disturb' to route to the correct vm extension. When office is closed, extension will automatically go to 'Do not Disturb' and back to 'Available' when office is open

    You can change the system manually from in / out of office by dialing the system code. For the code check - Settings -. Advanced -> Dial Code
