Out Of Hours

    Hi
    I am trying to set forwarding out of hours, I have specified the office hours for the required ext's, then I have setup forwarding.
    It only works if the user logs into their portal and selects the "cuurent status" as out of hours. I would expect the system to automatically do this.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, we have this feature - you will need to go to the extension > office hours > Automatically switch status to Out of office outside office hours.

    Thanks for reply, I had already done this, the problem appears to be forwarding issues.

    Can you post some logs from 3CX during the call coming in and not getting fowarded.

    Hi, if you like to PM me the server IP address (Public IP) make sure you have port forwarding for port 80 enabled.
    and provide me with the password for the admin account for 3CX, ill take a quick look for you and see whats happening and get this resolved for you?
