Solved Out of Office Hours - very confused

    Hi All

    Getting really confused wth out of office hours settings, nothing is working. Here are my problems;

    1- Where do I set office hours? In the trunk, in the "Time Zone and Office Hours" on the main SETTINGS page, or where? DDI's have there own settings too. Which take precedent?

    2- How do I set the destination for the Out of hours message I have recorded?

    3- I have 6 call queues, which I configured using the call flow designer (nice tool). 2 of these queues have different Office hours and need different out of hours messages. How do I set the office hours for these queues and the message destination?

    Can anyone help please? This is the final hurdle to get over, then we can finally go live.
