Wow, I thought I was in the minority thinking MailEnable Enterprise was a great product. I use an external program to create hyperlinks from our CRM application in order make calls from it. A more exposed API from the client (or server) would enable developers like myself to create some very useful plug-ins and/or additional applications to add additional functionality. Additional Call Center functionality is probably on the drawing board as many people have requested features that a Call Center could benefit from. Just wait, I'm sure we'll be seeing some of these in the near future. 3CX seems to have a great development team and can quickly turn-around quality updates.
