Outbound Call - Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched

    Hi!

    I would like to ask for some help regarding on our issue in making outgoing call (local telephone call). I attached the activity log from the 3CX Server. And in the Event log it says "Call or Registration to 699XXX0@(Ln.10000@SIP Trunk Name) has failed. 0.0.0.0 replied: 408 Request Timeout; internal"

    How's your firewall test? had you opened the required ports of 3cx in the firewall?

    Firewall test and required ports are okay.

    it looks like that the provider is not responding to your requests.

    Call(C:21): Attempt to reach <sip:699xxx0@3CXServerFQDN:5060> from Extn:9002 has failed. Reason: No Answer

    best to get a wireshark pcap going and check this after to the the network interaction with the provider. Ensure to use a tested and supported provider for the best compatibility.

    Before this line,

    it shows

    Which I'm not sure why it gives me 408 Request Timeout with an IP of 0.0.0.0:0.

    With regards to the SIP Trunk provider, we are using Generic SIP Trunk since we just started establishing the connection from our Metaswitch Server to 3CX Server.

    As you can see the 3CX server sends multiple invites to the provider but does not get a reply. I would recommend contacting your provider and show them this capture. They could tell you why they do not respond.

    This Invites should get an acknowledgment from the provider
