Outbound Call disconnects with ACK is not received

    We have started using the 3CX PBX to determine it's usefulness. We are using VOIPGO as our provider and not have the extensions set up as well as the VOIP provider. We are running into an issue when making an outbound call through the provider. We initially connect to the callee, yet are disconnected after approximately 30 seconds. The log returns the following just before disconnecting the line:

    InviteADS::eek:n AckNotReceived

    Message: [CM50318]: Call(20) ACK is not received

    I need some assistance to ensure out going calls are not droped after the initial connection is made. :?

    If you're making outbound call to voip provider - than PBX sends ACK. If it tells that ACK is not received in this case it can only mean that calling phone (originator of the call) didn't sent an ACK. What phone do you use?

    This is also happening on calls from extension to extension. We are using the 3cx client to call a cell number or the 3cx client to call an Xlite client ext. to ext. This seems like a setup/configuration setting to me. I am reviewing documentation and attempting to determine these settings.

    We are using X-lite soft phone as well as calling from an external cell phone or landline extension.

    Make sure you're using local settings for 3CX VoIP Client if it resides in local network.

    All clients are external to the local network.
