We have started using the 3CX PBX to determine it's usefulness. We are using VOIPGO as our provider and not have the extensions set up as well as the VOIP provider. We are running into an issue when making an outbound call through the provider. We initially connect to the callee, yet are disconnected after approximately 30 seconds. The log returns the following just before disconnecting the line: InviteADS:n AckNotReceived Message: [CM50318]: Call(20) ACK is not received I need some assistance to ensure out going calls are not droped after the initial connection is made. :?
