Outbound call fail

    Hello
    In my 3CX system, all extension work very good, I receive all local call from any extension, but I can not make outbound call, local call, international call..

    03/15/2018 12:04:11 PM - Call to T:Line:10000>>936560083@[Dev:sip:10000@172.17.116.205:5060] from L:3.1[Extn:2800] failed, cause: Cause: 408 Request Timeout/INVITE from local

    03/15/2018 2:23:35 PM - Call to T:Line:10002>>7188448604@[Dev:sip:10002@172.17.116.205:5066] from L:4.1[Extn:2800] failed, cause: Cause: 408 Request Timeout/INVITE from local

    3/15/2018 2:27:16 PM - Call to T:Line:10000>>7188448604@[Dev:sip:10000@172.17.116.205:5060] from L:5.1[Extn:2800] failed, cause: Cause: 408 Request Timeout/INVITE from local

    Morning YiannisH,

    1- Yes I call all extensions, and I receive any local call from all the extensions.
    2- Yes the test firewall is correct, Green
    3-Generic Gateway device.
    4- My version is 15.5.0
    5-I think do it correctly, I attach a pic

    As this is a generic device i am not aware of the settings required to make this work. You should check if the gateway is registered correctly and all the settings in the gateway are correct. What those settings are differ with every device that is why recommend always using a supported device which can be provisioned through the management console

    I receive call from extentions and from local number, But I can not make a local call, that's the issue for me..

    Do a packet capture from the in the Activity Log and PM it to me.
    1) Goto activity pahe
    2) CLick Capture
    3) Make Call
    4) Stop Capture
    5) download packet
    6) PM me a link (dropbox, onedrive, etc)

    I'll take a look for you and see if it tells me where the failure is.

    This is also in the 3cx Phone for Windows forum. Is only the softphone failing? Or is that all you are testing right now?

    Please note that you should never post wireshark captures on a public forum that is the reason i deleted the link. Please start a personal conversation with @craigreilly and send him the link there.

    There are several failures here. The error is this on most of them:
    "No supported media type found"

    This would make me think Codec issues. Are the phones on current firmware and programmed using a default template?

    I have updated my extension, now, when I make a call, after 35 secondes , it says: Call Time out and ending.
