Outbound call gives proxy authentication error

    hi i am confused and dont know what else to do, may be someone can help.
    i am using the 3CX phone system and i can recieve inbound call without any problem however when i try to call outside i get authentication failed,
    proxy authentication error and the call is disconnected. however the phone i'm trying to reach does recieve the call but cant hear me.

    i'm using a VOIP provider called XELOQ
    can anyone help me.

    Do you have a Proxy address listed under the VoIp Provider within 3CX Console? if so remove it and try again.

    i think you are talking about outbound proxy address?
    well there is nothing like that
