    Hy!

I am using a Linksys 3102 with the latest firmware.I have configured my voice gateway according to the instructions from the 3cx blog/help.I am also using a Romtelecom PSTN plus a local voip provider.Testing the 3cx phone system with the voip provider will allow me to receive/call but i receive an error using the pstn line.

What have i done so far:
    - Updated with the latest firmware
    - Installed 3cx Phone Software
    - Configured 3CX Phone System with the gateway
    - Configured Linksys 3102 for 3CX Phone System for Voice Gateway
    - Provisioned Linksys SPA3102 with 3CX PhoneSystem -okay green
    - Set up a general outbound rule for testing

May it be posible for this to happen because of the regionals tab ? ( incorect call tone)

I dont see any attempt to reach the 3102 (incorrect outbound rule?). '
At this point I don't think it will be the regional settings, although that could cause some other issues if they aren't correct.

Make sure that you are using the same port number in the PSTN settings of the 3102 AND in the trunk settings for the device in 3CX. You did give the 3102 a fixed IP and used that IP in the 3CX trunk settings as well , right?

Can please make sure in the outbound rule you set prefix, for testing purposes as follows:

    1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0

And try again, the logs are showing that the PBX does not know where to route the call in question.

Having a look at the logs, it looks the the PSTN device is not making the call, after 20 seconds it just terminates. The ideal thing would be to open a ticket, But if you dont have support you could do a wireshark trace and see what is being sent to a from the PBX to the linksys.

It looks to me as if 3CX thinks that the 3102 (at 192.168.1.7) is using port 5481. The default PSTN port on the 3102 is 5061 and in the 3CX settings it is 5062. Did you change the port number in both locations to 5481? Normally you would just change it in one location to match the other end.

In the last post I don't see the 3102 registering after the restart of 3CX. When you restart 3CX you should unplug then re-power the 3102 to force it to re-register, otherwise it will wait up to 30 minutes.
