Outbound Call Problem with Broadvoice

    Hello all, I've searched the forums for quite some time now trying to come up with a soltuion and I'm still having a problem. Here is a brief description of the problem:

    We use Broadvoice as the VOIP provider with the free version of the 3CX (v 5.0.3752.0) software. (At least until we get everything working properly.) Anyhow, I've gotten it setup so we can send/receive internal calls without any problem. We are also able to receive external calls without any problems, so the only problem we are having is making external calls. The number will just ring and ring forever without picking up. We've tried different external lines, all with the same results.

    I've made sure the firewall test passed, although it passes with Warning (8) and Warning (10).

    I have one outbound call rule setup for the number 9 prefix on all extensions to go out through the Broadvoice connection and strip one digit.

    Also, something interesting is that under the line status, the line which makes the outgoing call will stay orange with the status showing it is still calling even many minutes after the call was origionally placed...

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    I resolved the issue, there was an outbound call proxy that had been set and I had to remove it.
