I got 4 PSTN lines thru Patton 4114.
Only on one line, we have long distance.
Any idea how to route long distance calls to this specific line???

I would think to create a rule of dialing
e.g. anything that starts with 1201 goes through lines 1-3 everything else through line 4. This way line 4 is always free to take long distance calls.

Good Luck,

Let me know how it turns out.

There is no choice line 1-3.
Only choice I have is Gateway wich has 4 lines.

ah... I thought you were asking for the logic behind the rule.

I have no idea how to help you there.

Would love to know what you did, I have a similar problem.

In my case we are using different suppliers, so I don't think I will have this issue.

Good Luck!!!

Is it possible to remove the one line from that gateway.
and add it as a separate gateway?

That way it would open a choice for you.

(You may have to separate all 4 lines into separate gateways)
Try it, let me know.

Yes, however this is unsupported and is known to generate problems.
