Outbound Caller ID dependant on Party Called

    Hi,

    For most outbound calls the users want the departmental number to be the Outbound Caller ID, but for certain destinations, partner organisations etc., the users want the individuals DDI to be the Outbound Caller ID. Is there anyway to accomplish this?

    Possibly by sending the calls requiring a single, "main" number, out on a different trunk group that is set to send one number rather than the DID number.
