Outbound caller id

    Hi,

    I have the following setup:

    3CX Server
    SmartNode 4554 ISDN Gateway
    2 IDSN lines
    8 Telephone numbers
    10 Grandstream phones

    Line 1
    Number 1: 11111111
    Number 2: 22222222
    Number 3: 33333333
    Number 4: 44444444

    Line 2
    Number 1: 55555555
    Number 2: 66666666
    Number 3: 77777777
    Number 4: 88888888

    When someone calls per example on the number 88888888 I have created a DID number which is forwarded to extension 15. This all works fine. But when extension 15 calls outside the receiving party gets 55555555 as caller ID. The main number of the line.

    Is it possible to choose a DID number for a outbound call so the correct caller ID is displayed???

    Thanks for your post.

    In the 3CX UI > Extentions > Manage > extention number > options did you set the outbound caller ID to the desired number for that user?

    That worked indead. Thanks. Stupid I didn't figure that out myself.
