Outbound calls connect but are then "cancelled"

    Dear 3CX Community:

    I'm running 3CX v.9 with a mix of 3CX Phones on laptops, Yealink deskphones, and several iPhones. My Yealink deskphones and iPhones all work fine. My 3CX Phones work as advertised for internal calls, but when I try to place an outbound call to the PSTN they both show an immediate connect and then you hear the response "cancelled" from the PBX. The outbound rules are identical for all extensions. The 3CX log shows the that the phone is connected but shows and error "Failed: Not acceptable here. Reason unknown. Any ideas on fixing this? If not, I'll submit a trouble ticket to 3CX support.

    May we see the 3CX log, showing a working call, and a failing call, from each of the devices, to the same number?
