Outbound Calls Failing

    Hoping for some pointers, I have a new install, inbound appears to be all fine, outbound the webclient says "trying" then hangs up. internal calls are all ok, this is only afffecting outbound calls. I have my outbound rules in place, 1 each for the 2 extension groups.
    Any suggestions welcome

    Hello @GBB

    Are you using a supported provider? If so you can set the provider up with the included templates and have it working out of the box. If not then perhaps your outbound parameters need adjusting.
    Check the activity log for any errors and take if from there. You might also need to contact your provider and ask them why calls are failing.
    Before anything else however make sure that the firewall checker on the Dashboard passes all tests.
