Outbound calls sometimes drops after 32 seconds

    Hi guys.

    I recently stumbled upon a problem i've yet to solve.

    The setup is this:
    We host a 3cx server for a customer of ours. It has worked just fine for a couple of months. Some weeks ago some users are having problems with outgoing calls drops after 32 seconds. Incoming calls works fine. They are all using 3cx softphone. If I tell the users having problems to just restart their softphone the problem goes away for some time but it allways comes back. I've installed all the latest updates and the softphones are the most recent versions.

    Firewall checker shows all green.

    Any suggestions?

    Please note that calls dropping after 32 seconds usually means that there is no ACK received and the call is being dropped. You will a wireshark capture on the 3CX server of a call to see which side the issue s coming from. Perhaps your provider will be able to help with this
