Outbound calls terminated after 1 minute after update to 15.5

    Hello everyone,
    I am newbie in voip and I don't know how to handle this situation.

    After updating to version 15.5 all outbound calls are rejected after 1 minute.
    I checked with voip provider and they said is a problem with an update request not allowed by provider's policy.

    Bellow is the error:

    5.314396 192.168.16.174 -> 82.76.7.26 SIP 1113 Request: UPDATE sip:+40722277020@82.76.7.26:5090;transport=udp |
    5.314647 82.76.7.26 -> 192.168.16.174 SIP 402 Status: 403 Method not allowed |
    5.444355 192.168.16.174 -> 82.76.7.26 SIP 919 Request: BYE sip:+40722277020@82.76.7.26:5090;transport=udp |
    5.467951 82.76.7.26 -> 192.168.16.174 SIP 533 Status: 200 OK |

    My question is how to disable UPDATE request in version 15.5

    Have you update all the sip trunk templates after installing 15.5

    Update icon on the first screen - halfway down on the right

    Which Voip provider are you using ?

    Yes I did, the system is fully updated,
    Anyway my provider is not in 3cx list...

    According our voip provider we need to set INVITE refresh to UAS

    I relly don't know how to do this...
