Hello, We recently moved from multiple PBXes on each site to one central 3CX PBX. so all calls are delivered to one ISDN30 line. As a result of users who remembered the outbound numbers we are seeing lots of calls to our own numbers beeing routed out and back in through the ISDN 30 line. We are aware of the possibility to make outbound rules for every inbound number, but then we have to make a rule for every single outbound rule, In our case 74! on top of our 140 outbound rules. We would like a setting that routes all of these calls to the appropriate Ring group/extension that we added to the inbound rules. Thanks in advance, Johan de Zwaan.
