Question is about voice delays when using 3CX for outbound calls only.

Now 3CX server takes part in outgoing calls via VOIP providers. This causes long voice delay (3CX voice deley+VOIP provider voice deley = LONG voice deley). It is not long voice delay in case incomming calls via VOIP provider (3CX don't takes part in call=> you have only VOIP provader voice delay).

Is is possible to make outgoing calls via VOIP-provider's 3CX-prefix without 3CX's voice deley???

I use 3CX at 2 locations, primarily through VoIP providers. The only issues I have had with call quality were directly related to my ISP speeds at different times since I do not have a high end business provider - I am too cheap :) . You are going to need to provide way more information for anyone to try to assist. Starting with your setup, ISP (speed?), VSP, Logs, etc.

You will also notice a difference between providers. I switched providers, keeping the same ISP and and setup and noticed a much improved time between calling and connecting with the new provider.

The only explanation I can come up with is that the new company is much bigger and has better equipment.

Something I forgot to mention. In my area, and I presume most others, there is a big difference between download and upload speeds by ISPs. For example Rogers offers downloads of about 6MB but uploads of 300KB. So inbound packets get the express lane and outbound packets suffer. You would notice as a major issue on the outbound part of conversations. Easiest way to know is to run a test, lots of apps available, for me I use Network Magic.
