outbound dialer and predictive dialer

    Hi,

    I am really confuse how difference between this two features?
    i was thinking that predictive dialer is to call to any number in the list and play the recorded.wav.
    please help to advise.

    Hello @Ravilla,

    The CFD dialer can work in 2 modes:
    - Power dialer: it will make calls at a steady pace. For example 10 calls per minute.
    - Predictive dialer: it will adapt the call through rate to the number of agents available in a queue to take the call.

    So, if you're going to make calls to play a message, then you can use a power dialer, as you will always have a Digital Receptionist available to play it. The predictive dialer is used when you're sending the calls to a queue, and agents will pick these calls.
