outbound number

    Hello,
    I have the following issue.
    The company number is forwarded on 3CX to a mobile phone. This between office hours.
    The mobile number is forwared to an another company number.
    So when someone calls the company number, the mobile phone will ring, if the user doesn't accept the call, then the call we go the the other company number.

    Now the issue. The user of the mobile phone need to see the callers number and not the company numbers.
    How can i archive this?

    It will all depend on the type of trunks, that 3CX is using to send the call to the mobile, and what the provider allows. So, you'll have to provide some information about the type of trunking used.

    And this depends on provider, whether allowing it. If so you need to set 'Originator's Caller-ID' into outgoing settings for the provider.

    we are using Weepee in Belgium.
