outbound prefix automatically added

    Happy new Year to all,


    In my company we are using Yealink T26P phones. when i see the call log on the phone i want to call directly a phone from the log but outbound prefix is not added automatically.

    Can i set a rule so that the outbound prefix be added somehow ?

    Hi,

    Easiest way is to not use the prefix in outbound rules.
    You can add/modify your new/existed Outbound rule on 3CX Phone System and not use the prefix to make the outbound calls.
    In this case you will be able to dial the number as it was received and placed in Phone's call history.

    If this is not acceptable for you, you need to find appropriate Yealink documentation and learn how to use the Yealink Dial Plan (Phone's UI->Settings->Dial Plan).
