    Hi!

I have one outbound rule, that applies to a specific extension so that extension always uses a specific VOIP Line for outgoing calls.
    That works perfect!

Except: If I put in an Forward all calls to external line and enters an external number, the call will not be made by this rule, but with
    the next.

Is there a way to get this working?

when specifying the outside number, are you adding the relevant outbound rule prefix to get to an outside line?

I have "0" as the prefix for all outbound rules. I thought that the rule being at top, and also containing that specific extension would make
    a match.

No, please add it to the outside number.

Hmm, I tried that also, without success :(.
Maybe it has something to do with the call forward?
I will try make calls directly from the extension and see which route they take..

Ok, if I dial from the extension itself I get the correct route, so the rule seems to work.
So problem is, when extension is forwarded to outside number, it gets the wrong rule..

For this we would need to see your configuration via technical support.

To get technical support on this one, you can contact our technical support (This requires commercial edition with support package). If you have a commercial edition, but no support package, you can purchase one here:
