Outbound rules restriction by Office Hours

    I see there are ways to have specific Inbound rules depending on Office Hours but we need a way to restrict Outbound calls depending on each extensions Office hours.

    Is this possible? I haven't figured out any way to do it.

    I don't recall seeing any time related, outbound routing options. If you were using gateways, you could use a timer to power them down, or run them through a switch that was turned off at a certain time.

    Unfortunately this would be through a VoIP provider directly and furthermore we need to selectively apply rules based on user.

    Any chance that this could be achieved in some other way if not through explicit configuration settings?

    There is an option in the extension configuration under "Office Hours" - does this do what you want?
