Sorry if this has changed in V15. Can under outbound rule "Strip digits" field/function be increased from 9 to at least 11, may be 15. This would aid us replacing expensive numbers dial via 3CX, such as 0845xxxxxxx with an alternative local or new number. We have one support company who our staff dial who have (at last) changed their 0845 number to a 0300 number which is included in our call package, but users still dial the 0845 number. The compnay won't stop the 0845 number as it generates them revenue. I can currently use the "calls to number starting with prefix" to tell it is the 0845xxxxxxx number, but can only strip 9 digits, I need to strip 11, if I could strip all 11, I could then use the prepend field to use the new number. Think this is a real simple request?
