    Hello Everyone,
I just upgraded to v10 and looks good so far. Only problem is that when a call is placed into the IVR or any extension is called and is in the "Out of Office" status it is suppose to forward to our cell phones. It was working perfect in v9. I backed up our server and just restored it when I installed v11. If you pickup the phone and dial the number 9+123456789 it goes thru no problem. The only problem I am having is when you call the extension "2302" that is set to out of office it says "Call transfer failed, No Answer". My outbound rules did not change. Still Calls to numbers with 9, strip 1 digit, prepend 1. which was working fine before the upgrade as was transfering when out of office was set. I have tried chaning the MyMobile to 123-456-789 and it was set to 9-123-456-7899 still no luck.

Look at the extension status in 3cx. Does it show the extension 2302 to be green? The log indicates the extension is not registered.i do not know how you have the forwarding rules established if not registered. However, I assume that no matter what you have a phone and want it to be registered. If not, then look at the forwarding rules for the extension and set how you want that extension to react based upon its status.

That extension does have a phone connected to it and it is registered and still giving me the error. I also have a couple of virtural extensions that forward directly to cell phones with unregistered phones and still have the same problem. My forwarding rules are pretty simple, forward to my mobile when out of office status is set. and the mymobile have the 9940xxxxxxx number in it just as you would have to dial to make the call from the deskphone and that goes thru, and when the status is set to available the deskphone rings no problem. It just seams my problem is when the IVR is trying to transfer a phone call to my cell.

You posted the Out of Office tab, but the "unregistered" setting is in the Away tab.

And, you need to figure out why 3CX thinks the extension is not registered.

Sorry, my mistake, I looked at it then went off to do something else before responding, forgetting what I had looked at. It's in the Available tab, at the bottom, if phone is busy or unregistered..
