Hello Everyone, I just upgraded to v10 and looks good so far. Only problem is that when a call is placed into the IVR or any extension is called and is in the "Out of Office" status it is suppose to forward to our cell phones. It was working perfect in v9. I backed up our server and just restored it when I installed v11. If you pickup the phone and dial the number 9+123456789 it goes thru no problem. The only problem I am having is when you call the extension "2302" that is set to out of office it says "Call transfer failed, No Answer". My outbound rules did not change. Still Calls to numbers with 9, strip 1 digit, prepend 1. which was working fine before the upgrade as was transfering when out of office was set. I have tried chaning the MyMobile to 123-456-789 and it was set to 9-123-456-7899 still no luck.
