Outgoing abroad call drops after 20 minutes

    Dear collegues,
    Outgoing abroad call drops after 20 minutes from my 3xc(Yealink client phone).
    What to check ?

    Please advise.

    Well...the 3CX Server log would be the first place to check. That will tell you which end dropped. If it appears to be the set dropping the call (only one set?), then check to see if it happens on both internal and external calls. Reset the phone, check the firmware, re-provision ( or try provisioning as a different extension), see if it still happens.
