Outgoing Calls - Can't make

    I am new to 3CX and so far it seems like a cool product. I have my system all setup. We can receive calls and call from one ext. to another, but I am not able to make outgoing calls. HAs anyone ever hat this issue. I've contacted our VOIP provider and they could not determine that it was their issue. Any help woudl greatly be appreciated.

    You are going to have to supply a bit more information and perhaps some system logs. Are your VoIP trunks two way? Can you receive calls? You did build a dial plan, right? Does the VoIP trunk show as "registered"?
