outgoing calls dropping

    Hi All,

    Another quick one, we use a polycom dect system here consisting of kirk 5040 handsets, kirk base station 12's and a polycom kirk server ip6000 with 3cx in the background.

    We are getting quite a few users that dial nuumber from the handsets and from the myphone client who's calls are dropping. I experienced this myself a number of times this morning and captures the logs.

    Basically I dial a number from the handset but within a second or 2 the call is gone and the handset goes back to its homescreen / idle mode.

    Here are the logs below of a couple of attempts at calling the same number but each time it dropped :
