Hello!

Unfortuanatelly, I couldn't cope with making calls to SIP accounts. Only PSTN directions works.

When I try to dial SIP number [email protected] from 3CX Voip Phone I receive 'Destination not found' answer.
3CX log here:
13:04:42.326 [CM503008]: Call(65): Call is terminated
13:04:42.296 [CM503015]: Call(65): Attempt to reach <sip:deco-opt%[email protected]:5060> failed. Reason: Not Found
13:04:42.296 [CM503014]: Call(65): No known route to target: <sip:deco-opt%[email protected]:5060>
13:04:42.256 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:deco-opt%[email protected]:5060>
13:04:42.246 [CM505001]: Ext.101: Device info: Device Identified: [Man: 3CX Ltd.;Mod: 3CXVoipPhone;Rev: General] Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [3CXVoipPhone 3.1.6288.0] Transport: [sip:127.0.0.1:5060]
13:04:42.216 [CM503001]: Call(65): Incoming call from Ext.101 to <sip:deco-opt%[email protected]:5060>

As I can see my called SIP which is [email protected] is changed to uncertain SIP destination deco-opt%[email protected]:5060
I dial external number but it seems like 3CX consider it's as a local one.

No any outgoing calls possible - nor via the other registered voip provider accounts (like [email protected]) nor from extension number.
I need only to call to external SIP direction, no incoming calls needed to my extension numbers.
It's general feature for voip on SIP standart and it works in other softphones good, i.e. in X-Lite.

Am I doing something wrong or it feature hasn't been implemented by 3CX by now?
Is it possible to make such outgoing SIP calls worked?

I would high appriciate any answers!

Thank you.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
[email protected] is not a SIP address.
The SIP address is
sip:[email protected]

Could you please try to use second form and let us know about results?

Thanks

Thank you for the answer, Stepan!

Yes, calls from the 3CX Voip Phone with voip provider account adjusted on it to SIP numbers followed by prefix sip: work.
But unfortunately I couldn't reach the same behavior via 3CX Phone System.

Once I have dialed sip:[email protected] from extension number (i.e. 101) 'Destination not found' is appeared.
The call log extract is here:
18:56:24.669 [CM503008]: Call(31): Call is terminated
18:56:24.649 [CM503015]: Call(31): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]> failed. Reason: Not Found
18:56:24.649 [CM503014]: Call(31): No known route to target: <sip:[email protected]>
18:56:24.649 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]>
18:56:24.649 [CM505001]: Ext.101: Device info: Device Identified: [Man: 3CX Ltd.;Mod: 3CXVoipPhone;Rev: General] Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [3CXVoipPhone 3.1.6288.0] Transport: [sip:127.0.0.1:5060]
18:56:24.539 [CM503001]: Call(31): Incoming call from Ext.101 to <sip:[email protected]>

For Outgoing Rule I use 'Calls from Extension(s)' rule with my number 101. Also I have tried to apply this rule for calls starting with 'sip' prefix. The result the same - 'Destination not found'.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the way how to make SIP calls via 3CX Phone System worked.
I'll be glad any suggestions on this issue.

Thank you!

P.S.
My SIP number is [email protected]
My friend's SIP number is [email protected]

Thus I place a call by typing [email protected] like I do from my SIP-phone (Allnet 7950) or from X-Lite softphone.
Prefix sip: is a bit confusing.

Kind regards,
Vladimir.
