Outgoing line problem

    I have connected two SPA-3102 On 3cx free version (Bridge) with two PSTN lines each one of them. The incoming lines are OK work fine both of them simultaneously. I have problem with outgoing lines I can use only one line from the first gateway. How can I define the second line. I am using Linksys phone SPA-942. Please advice

    If you edit your Outboand Call Rule you can define the prefix the extensions will use to get from your first VOIP Gateway and inside that rule you have an option that says Backup rule where you can define your second VOIP Gateway.

    I define the backup getway but still the same problem, find here below error massage

    CM104008] Call(47): Call from Ext.101 to 99450852 terminated; cause: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:192.168.10.3

    Hi George

    Does the problem still occur if "Make outbound calls on" is set to "Any gateway"?
