Similar to the GoToMeeting Add-in in a sense, we have had multiple clients request that with Outlook/Office 365 integration, that they be given the ability to also set-up a conference or web-meeting from Outlook as an add-in. Although the feature is already integrated and used primarily out of the 3cx Client application both desktop and mobile, it provides an extra layer of comfort for the users who are not necessarily "Tech savvy". Many of the clients we bring on today in the challenge of VoIP is not necessarily from VoIP to VoIP but Analog to VoIP. With that being said, in the region we are in, we are seeing the older generations phasing out their old copper lines and upgrading to much faster internet and cutting the cost of the Analog systems by going with a more cost effective solution. In doing this we've faced many issues with a mix and match of users wanting to keep the simplicity of their old telephone system but having to re-train the users how to operate their new system, while most do not want to use a pc application to answer a call, or a switchboard for watching all of the calls. These users are more comfortable with having 3 Expansion Module/SideCars and dialing 9 before calling out, etc. For these users we accommodate their wants while trying to incorporate the new/more practical approaches that are accompanied with this PBX. Conferencing being a big deal as scheduling can only be done through the application.
