Outlook connector

    Hi

    We are facing a problem with the outlook connecter from 3cx myphone. When a call is made directly to an extension contact informations from Outlook is shown correctly. But when the call is made to a queu we are not getting any informations from outlook.

    I have tried to change the Maximum digit lengt - but no change.

    Is this a bug in 3cx?

    Hi Alex,

    No this is not a bug but by design. There are issues when trying to use Outlook integration with Queues. However this may be addressed at a later time but this depends on limitations in Outlook CRM.
