We are installing V10 final build in house, ready for rolling out to clients and have noticed that when using the Outlook Integration features installed in the final release V10 MyPhone, calling a contact from Outlook 2010 that has a space after the area code, ie. 01242 123456, the call fails. Removing the space from the contact makes it work. I notice in other old posts this issue was highlighted in v8 and v9 but was fixed. Is this a new issue in v10? Highlighting the number and pressing F11 strips the space in MyPhone ready for dialling, but using the 3CX Outlook Addin to call a contact directly (Right-click; call with 3CX) causes the call to fail when a space is present. Is there a way for 3CX v10 to strip out the space, as some of our potential customers have thousandes of contacts aleady formatted with spaces?
