Outlook integration issue

    Hi all,

    I have to introduce to my partner the ability of 3CX Outlook integration.
    Available test configuration:
    3CX PS ver. 8.0.10116.583 (commercial)
    3CX Assistant ver. 8.0.11114
    Outlook 2002
    Windows XP SP2
    3CX PS, Assistant and Outlook are installed on this PC.

    Plug-in configuration is Ok at Assistant CRM status and contact's folder too.

    At incoming call "Inbound call from ..." window pops-up filled with "Contact not found". Then I "Create a new contact record" and it appears in Outlook contacts but inbound call pop-up does not diplay it next time just "Contact not found" again.

    I can not initiate outbound calls via 3CX from Outlook. In Outlook menu "Call contact with 3CX" is empty and 3CX TAPI is not listed in "Connect using line" section. I think the 3CX TAPI driver setup is not complete although 3CX TAPI Service Provider is visible on Control panel/Phone and modem/Advanced.
